Alan Strober

Alan joined KLA with over 16 years of sales and sales management experience in the software and technology industry. As a former hiring manager he has an intimate understanding of the issues that face both managers and candidates, and is passionate about making the hiring process easier and more successful for both parties. He believes by spending more time learning the specific needs of his hiring clients and the strengths and experiences of his candidates, less time and energy will be wasted on both ends. Ultimately, providing the best possible matches is his most important goal.

Alan is a native of the Washington, DC area and lives in Gaithersburg, MD. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Anne and two young sons, Max and Benny. Also, Alan is an avid fly fisherman who has traveled extensively in pursuit of this hobby.
